This page documents how EverEffect collects consent for appointment-related text messages sent from 463-220-0280. It is published so that anyone, including carriers and The Campaign Registry, can see the full consent experience from start to finish.
Who sends the messages
EverEffect, a digital marketing agency in Indianapolis, Indiana. Messages come from 463-220-0280. Some messages are sent by Rachel, EverEffect’s disclosed AI assistant, who answers that number. Program terms: https://www.evereffect.com/terms-conditions/ (section “SMS Messaging Terms”). Privacy policy: https://www.evereffect.com/privacy-policy/ (section “SMS Consent and Mobile Information”).
What the program sends
Appointment-related messages only: a scheduling link the person asked for, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and rescheduling notices. No marketing or promotional messages. Message frequency varies by appointment. Message and data rates may apply.
How consent is collected: verbal, one to one, on a phone call
There is one opt-in path. A prospect or client calls EverEffect at 463-220-0280, or speaks with an EverEffect representative, and asks to receive a scheduling link by text. Consent is then collected with this script, read on the call by Rachel, EverEffect’s AI assistant, or by the representative:
“I can text you the booking link. What is the best mobile number for that?”
“Let me read that back: [number, digit by digit]. Is that right?”
“Is it OK if EverEffect texts that number with the booking link? Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies by appointment, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop or HELP for help. Our privacy policy and text messaging terms are on evereffect.com.”
Only a clear “yes” counts. If the person says no, is unsure, or does not answer, no text is sent.
“Thank you. The text is on its way from this same number, 463-220-0280.”
Giving us a phone number, booking an appointment, or filling out a contact form does not, by itself, enroll anyone in text messaging. Confirmation, reminder, and rescheduling texts are sent only after the person also agrees on the call to receive them. The call recording and the call transcript are the record of consent, kept with the appointment.
What the first text says
“Hi [first name], this is Rachel, EverEffect’s AI assistant. As you asked on our call, here is the link to book a consultation with Evans Diaz: https://calendar.app.google/sDhxeFG3tFiJMdvZA Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time; one final text confirms the opt-out and no further messages are sent. Reply HELP, call 463-220-0280, or email evans.diaz@evereffect.com for help.
