Employment - Video Multimedia Specialist

Description:
Produce end-to-end video and multimedia programs during all stages of development, including collaboration with the interactive team, project managers, and clients. Design and produce visually compelling media. Create motion graphics, shoot and edit video, record and edit audio, and create interactive programs.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Interactive Marketing Director and Interactive Creative Director in the execution of compelling concepts
• Produce projects incorporating manipulated still images, animation, video, audio, and interactive media
• Develop projects with a creative vision for branding, marketing, and loyalty/customer retention strategies
• Work directly with clients to define program goals
• Coordinate complicated multimedia or interactive projects (video, motion graphics, multimedia, music, audio, voice over) from concept to completion with minimal supervision
• Investigate technology solutions for various video delivery-related issues
• Establish timelines for all video projects
• Manage relationships with vendors or contractors in the acquisition of technology and services related to the completion of multimedia or interactive projects

Experience:

• BA/BS/BFA Degree
• 1-3 years experience with Adobe After Effects
• 1-3 years experience with Avid, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere
• Experience shooting video using professional cameras
• Ability to shoot on location or in studio
• Strong conceptual ability
• Understanding of interactive space
• High creative standards and a desire to excel

Salary range is negotiable based upon experience.
